Important

The annual Portico upgrade will take place from 17:00 on 5 December to 10:00 on 8 December 2025. Portico and associated services, such as online payments, UCL Select and the Applicant Portal will be unavailable during this time.

It will not be possible to submit Delayed Assessment Permits (DAPs) or Extenuating Circumstances (EC) claims while Portico is offline. Please refer to Chapter 2 of the Academic Manual for further guidance about DAPs and EC claims during this service outage.
