Your Username / user ID (seven characters) and password are the same as the ones you use for accessing UCL restricted web pages and Desktop@UCL. If you do not know your UCL username / user ID (example: ccxxxxx) you can retrieve this on the My Account website.

The web site also allows you to reset your password if you have registered for My Account. If you have not registered for My Account, please contact the IT Services who can advise you how to retrieve your details.

If you have been asked to submit a reference to support a postgraduate application (Masters, PG Cert/Dip, PhD/Doctorate) at UCL - At the point you were nominated as a referee by an applicant to UCL, you will have been sent an email containing a link through which you can upload your reference directly to the relevant application. This link will expire after 30 days from date of receipt if the reference remains unsubmitted.

If your link has expired and you require a new link, please contact the applicant who nominated you as a referee directly. They will be able to send you another reference request email from their Student Portal account. This new link will also remain valid for 30 days from the date it was sent. Only the most recent link you have been sent will remain active.
